• Registration of Exhibitor Delegates is compulsory.
• Attending all Conference sessions and Product presentations. Conference Folder containing Conference Program Schedule and Proceedings.
• Lunch and two coffee breaks on 18th and 19th November 2018
• Award dinner on 19th November , 2018.
• A confirmed exhibitor delegate registration may be cancelled upon request received on or before 18th October, 2018, Refunds if any will be processed only after the Conference and a Cancellation fee will be charged.
• Registration will be confirmed only on full payment of Registration Fees.
• Badges will be printed as per the information provided in the Registration Form and hence will not be subject to modification.
• Only three Exhibitor Delegates are allowed FREE per booth booking. Every additional representative of the company is required to register through normal delegate registration procedure.
• ONLINE EXHIBITOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM has to be submitted separately for every Exhibitor delegate, latest by 15th OCTOBER, 2018.
• A confirmed Exhibitor Delegate registration may be cancelled upon request sent to noorbenshams@weplanbh.com on or before 15th October, 2018. Refunds if any,will be processed after the Conference and a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations/Replacements will not be entertained after 15th October, 2018.
